Head Hunting
Have you said one of these things to yourself?
"I am the one that made that project successful not so and so"
"I did the entire re-organization and they got the promotion and raise"
"I saved the company thousands of dollars and got a pat on the back
while my manager got the glory and the raise"
"I completed the course of study after nights and weekends away from
my family and all I got was "good job".
If you have said one of these things or something similar, you may be
an MVP. If you would like to see what is out there for you then drop us
an email or a phone call. All inquiries are confidential. Our business
depends on it. Please understand that if your company is a client of
ours, then we will not be able to assist you in your job search. If this is
the case, we will inform you upon your inquiry.
We are always on the hunt for MVPs. If you would like to be
considered, then please do the following.
1. Do not put your resume on the Internet. We will not be able to help
you if it is out there.
2. Be able to list at least three accomplishments that make you an
MVP. These accomplishments do not all have to be with your current
employer.
3. Be committed to leave your current employer for the right
opportunity. If you are truly an MVP, once you let them know that you
have another offer they are going to make a counter-offer to try to get
you stay. Unfortunately, they will keep you until they can find your
replacement, and then they will let you go.
4. Be able to give us at least three professional references about you
and your work.
5. Be able to identify three companies that you would like for us to
explore opportunities for you.
