required by the client.  Remember our firm hunts for those MVP's who are currently
employed and not searching Internet job sites.  If they are already on the internet and we

This is a unique service that we offer to our member clients.  We will find that special
person in your company a new position somewhere else.

Many times throughout our experiences we have filled positions that probably would not
have been vacant if the Senior Management knew that someone was unhappy with their
position or salary.  Many MVP's do not complain at work, they wait until someone asks
them what they are missing or would like in their next position to consider a move.  If you
